You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again. Mid-cycle cancellations after the 14-day window aren't pro-rated.
Cancel within 14 days of renewal for a full refund of that year. After 14 days, the annual plan runs to its expiry date and won't auto-renew if cancelled.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed against the Anthropic API are non-refundable (the upstream cost was incurred on your behalf).
Email shaunvand@gmail.com from the address on your account with the word refund in the subject. We aim to process within 2 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method via our payment provider; bank settlement typically takes 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the guarantee (repeated sign-up/refund cycles), or violations of our Terms of Service.
