What we collect

When you click ✨ PromptFork, the extension sends the prompt text, hostname, and approximate token counts to your configured PromptFork backend. Nothing is sent without an explicit click.

What we don't

We don't read AI responses, keystrokes, cookies, credentials, or any pages you don't act on.

Where it goes

By default, the backend runs on localhost:8787 on your own machine. Hosted plans send to api.promptfork.online under TLS. Rewrites pass through Anthropic's API under your server-side key.

Your control

Uninstall to stop. Delete saved prompts in your dashboard. Run fully local — we never see anything.
